suggested simulation distance was updated from 3 to 4 some time ago, and this change reflects that by the formula provided in the description.

Encode42 65ca158fc9 Improve Pufferfish sections 
The developer of Airplane and Pufferfish both recommend not to adjust Paper's mob tick-rates while DAB is enabled.

Also organizes and improves various stuff.
