First of all: cool idea for a plugin!

Do you think about adding some way of configuration where server owner can change damage reduction and hp amount steps? for ex.

10 hearts (I mean game value not actual graphical hearts) is 10% reduction
2 heart is 50
1 (0/5) is 80

etc.
